Warranty Information

All Bugatti bags and accessories come with a 1-year limited warranty. Luggage is covered by a 10-year limited warranty, except for model HLG1799, which has a 5-year warranty. Warranty coverage begins on the purchase date and requires proof of purchase.

This warranty covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, LinkBazzar will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

However, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as scratches, scuffs, or fabric fading. Damage caused by airlines or other transport companies must be claimed directly with them. Accidental damage, misuse, overloading, exposure to harsh conditions, and neglect are also not covered under warranty.

To make a claim, contact LinkBazzar’s customer care team at LinkBazzar@gmail.com. You’ll need to provide a photo of the issue, your receipt, and a short description of the problem. If the claim is approved, Bugatti will repair or replace the item. If the original product is no longer available, a comparable item will be offered.

Keep in mind that you’re responsible for shipping the item to LinkBazzar for evaluation. If a replacement is issued, the warranty continues from your original purchase date — it does not reset. Attempting to repair the item yourself may void your warranty.

30-Day Exchange Policy

Ordered the wrong item? No problem. You can exchange your product within 30 days of purchase. Our customer service team is happy to help you find the right replacement.
